At Nyota, we are committed to creating a safe and respectful environment for all users, especially children. We strictly prohibit any form of child sexual abuse exploitation (CSAE) or endangerment. Our platform is designed to uphold the highest standards of child safety, and we enforce strict policies to protect minors from harmful content and interactions.

1. Prohibited Content and Conduct

Nyota does not tolerate any content, behavior, or activity that endangers children. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Inappropriate Interaction Targeted at a Child – Any form of inappropriate contact, including but not limited to physical affection, groping, or caressing.
• Child Grooming – Any attempt to befriend a child for the purpose of online or offline exploitation, including exchanging sexual imagery.
• Sexualization of Minors – Any content that promotes or encourages the sexual abuse of children or portrays minors in an exploitative manner.
• Sextortion – Any form of blackmail using real or alleged access to a child’s intimate images.
• Child Trafficking – Any advertising, solicitation, or exploitation of a child for commercial or sexual purposes.

Nyota will take immediate action, including removal of content, suspension of accounts, and reporting to relevant child protection authorities if we become aware of such violations.

2. Community Standards & Compliance

All users of Nyota must comply with our publicly accessible policies, including:

• Terms of Service – Explicitly prohibit any CSAE-related activities.
• Community Guidelines – Outline acceptable behavior and reporting procedures for harmful content.
• Content Moderation – Enforce active monitoring, filtering, and removal of CSAE content.

Failure to comply with these standards will result in account suspension, legal action, and reporting to relevant authorities.

3. Reporting & User Feedback Mechanism

Nyota provides an in-app reporting feature that allows users to flag any inappropriate content, including CSAE-related violations. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team, and appropriate action is taken swiftly. Users can also contact us via email at nyotabay@gmail.com for urgent concerns.

4. Handling and Reporting CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material)

Nyota is committed to eliminating CSAM from our platform. If we obtain knowledge of CSAM:

• The content will be immediately removed.
• The responsible user’s account will be permanently suspended.
• We will report the violation to the relevant regional authorities.
• Law enforcement cooperation will be provided as necessary.

5. Compliance with Child Safety Laws

Nyota strictly complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations. We have established mechanisms to ensure:

• Proper handling of user reports and legal compliance with child protection laws.
• Compliance with international and local regulations regarding CSAE.
• Continuous updates to our policies based on evolving legal and safety standards.
